COUNTRY PUMPKIN
Marinated beef on our own pizza sauce, with onions, roasted pumpkin, fire roasted capsicum, crispy beef bacon, Tasmanian camembert & mozzarella.
LAMBADA
Lamb marinated in basil pesto with roasted bell peppers, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, olives, fresh garlic and herbs. Garnished with minted yoghurt sauce and snow pea sprouts.
ITALIAN CONNECTION
Beef pepperoni, mozzarella, Kalamata olives, roasted tomatoes, capsicum, onions, parmesan, fresh garlic and herbs. Anchovies request is chargeable at $0.50 per packet.

NEW ORLEANS
Mushrooms, spring onions, chicken breast poached with Cajun spices, potatoes, mozzarella and sweet chilli. Garnished with sour cream and chives.
TERIYAKI CHICKEN
Light pizza sauce, with chicken fillets prepared Teriyaki** style, roasted bell peppers, Roma tomatoes, spring onions, garnished with crispy beef bacon & mozzarella.
GULF OF MEXICO
Salsa, beef, nacho beans, olives, jalapenos, mozzarella and red onions. Garnished with guacamole, sour cream and chives.

Capers pizza sauce, topped with beef pepperoni, fire roasted capsicum, Kalamata olives, baby bocconcini, mozzarella, garnished with cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic & herbs.
PROVENCAL BEEF
Roasted beef on Capers pizza sauce, with red onions, shallots, mushrooms, garlic, cracked black pepper, roasted potato, rosemary, mozzarella, and caramelized onion sauce.
